Common questions.

Does pricing differ between the app and the API?
No. Credits are shared across both channels – the same wallet works identically in the panel and in the API. You pick a package by scale, not by how you use it.
Do I need to be a developer to use this?
No. You register, top up your wallet and work in the browser panel – add companies to your watchlist, configure alerts and read event history. The API is there for teams that want to wire the data into their own system.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits have no expiry date – use them whenever you want, with no time pressure.
How is a subscription different from a one-off top-up?
Only in automation. It is the same package at the same price – a subscription tops up your wallet every month so you do not have to remember to do it.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time before the next billing period starts. Cancelling does not cause the loss of credits already in your wallet – they remain available for use.
What happens to unused credits on renewal?
They carry over to the next month and add up with the new top-up. Credits are not lost on renewal or on cancelling a subscription.
How does payment work?
You top up your wallet via Paddle – securely by card or bank transfer. Credits are available immediately after payment confirmation.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-use?
The API returns an error with an insufficient balance message. No operation is partially executed – credits are only charged for successfully completed calls.
Is there a free trial?
Registration is free, and every new account receives 200 starting credits. They work the same in the panel and in the API – put your first companies under watch or test a few queries before buying a package. Starting credits never expire.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All listed prices are net prices. VAT will be added in accordance with applicable regulations.
Can I use multiple API tokens?
Yes. You can create up to 5 API tokens for one account + your MASTER_TOKEN. They all use one shared wallet.
